Terms of Service

1. Services

Hayat's Photography provides professional photography, videography, photo booth hire, and visual marketing services. All services are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit payment.

2. Booking & Payment

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the session date.
• Payments are processed securely via Square.
• All prices are listed in EUR excluding VAT. French VAT (20%) is applied at checkout.
• Payment plans may be arranged for packages over €1,000 — contact us to discuss.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 30+ days before the session: deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a future booking within 12 months.
• Cancellations made 14–29 days before: 50% of the total fee is due.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before: full fee is due.
• Rescheduling is free if requested 14+ days in advance, subject to availability.
• In the event of force majeure (severe weather, public health emergency), we will reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Deliverables & Turnaround

• Property photography: same-day or next-business-day delivery.
• Corporate headshots and events: 2–3 weeks.
• Wedding galleries: 6–8 weeks.
• Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
• All images are delivered via a secure online gallery with download access.

5. Image Rights & Usage

Upon full payment, you receive a personal-use license for all delivered images. Commercial-use licenses are included in packages that specify “Commercial License.”

Hayat's Photography retains copyright and may use images for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless a confidentiality agreement is signed prior to the session.

6. Liability

Hayat's Photography carries professional liability insurance (RC Pro). Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to equipment malfunction, venue access issues, or third-party interference.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
